Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product is missing from the order.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order number
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered
Refunds
- After verification, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
- In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.
