DOSHADOC REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • The product is missing from the order.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered

Refunds

  • After verification, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days through the original payment method.
  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund.
